I have no idea why anyone would want to watch the Olympics, but I went to the Concord Place site today and actually had a good time. Good Quebec cidre at their pavilion, great cheese and beer soup at Ontario pavillion and far better flick than Avatar, their 4D flick. First Nations pavilion sucked but its reflections on the CBC building was great art. Colder than it looked and full of people but I'm delighted that folks from other lands are enjoying my city.
It's the kind of city one would want to promote.
