This NY Times article on the setting up of Guantanamo Bay is Robin's Reading Recommendation for the day. It's called After Terror, a Secret Rewriting of Military Law, and it's pretty long and comprehensive but, judging by the excerpts Robin's been reading me, well worth it and very frightening.
