Little By Little

My local IT guy at work helped me tweak my new laptop a bit so it works like the old one (only zippier!), but the one thing I forgot was the emulation system that allows me to work within the online site of the client whose contractors (my colleagues) I'm assigned to help out. That should be resolved tomorrow. In the meantime, the laptop can now see our home printer, get on VPN, pretty much all the little things that I normally don't think about because They Just Work. I'm now in the process of consolidating all my archived emails, which I had in like five different places, in anticipation of changing the folks I support so I can be up and running by next month. It's taking far longer than anticipated, as I have like 11 years' worth of emails to sort into the correct subfolders, but it'll be so much better when it's done! Enough work talk...
