All Things Considered...

...the commute home wasn't all that bad this afternoon. It was dreary but not that damp, warm but not muggy enough to affect my breathing, and I took the bus that winds through Inwood but it made terrific time taking the Harlem River Drive instead of the Deegan, to the point where I'm considering taking this one until November when I'm on the west side. Work was pretty good too, I sat in virtually on a partner meeting where at least four of my partners were lauded, so that was really nice to hear, and I found out a bit more about where folks might be sitting in our new offices which solidified my workstation plans. And I met with a number of people I support, which is always nice, and got ready to submit expenses and timesheets tomorrow as I suspect there might be an announcement regarding an accelerated deadline what with the fiscal year ending on Tuesday. Baseball's regular season is winding down as well, I just wish the weather would reflect that more, but I suppose there's always time for autumn...
