Temporary Cooldown

The temperatures didn't reach above the mid-80s today, but the humidity is still playing havoc with my ability to breathe, and it didn't help that my morning bus into the city was cancelled so I wound up with seat company on a fairly full bus. Fortunately I was in a more or less hermetically sealed environment in Manhattan, so I could get my work done without too much physical difficulty, incuding dealing with a somewhat perfect storm of having to schedule meetings and gather agendas for all three of "my" clients. I left the office with a fairly empty inbox, my laptop and a water bottle in tow, and the homeward bus was empty enough that I could relax and prepare for tomorrow's work at home day.
