Silly Site o' the Day

Not sure how I managed it with my lack of wherewithal, but I cooked two vegetable dishes today, mostly for use later in the week, as I wanted to make more room in the fridge after shopping earlier today and I didn't want the goodies I'd gotten on Thursday to go to waste. My mushroom-scallion stir fry tastes completely different with shiitakes! And the radishes lose quite a bit of sharpness when sauted, so that was a nice discovery. A less amazing discovery is mini-Crocs for one's Crocs, which thankfully I don't have.
