Silly Site o' the Day

I forced myself outside to break in my new outdoor sneakers (I've decided the ones with less support will be my "work sneakers" to be worn in the house) and take a walk around the block to the local cafe and bakery, both of which had lovely stuff worth buying. That pumpkin muffin from the cafe was heaven! Not sure about the verdict on the new footwear,  might take a bit more breaking in until I can determine whether my feet and knees feel better. Hard to do in the autumn when the weather starts to turn colder, I'm already feeling it in my tendinitic arms. Amazingly, Liverpool won today against ManCity; less amazingly the Yankees are hanging by a thread onto the postseason as I type. I have to find other stuff to watch soon, I fear. Yeah, I could to go the streaming services to catch up on all sorts of things, but sometimes I'm just an analog gal, I could also amuse myself with the photos in the 2023 Goats in Trees calendar.
