Silly Site o' the Day

Laundry done and put away again, thanks for watching a very entertaining Yankees-Mets game (ugh, no NY baseball at all tomorrow), another work day done and dusted, things moving along swimmingly, and I feel like I'm treading water until the weather cools again and we can open the windows once more. I'm glad we have AC but it'a all a bit tedious. The COVID numbers aren't really coming down in comparison with last year, thanks to everyone collectively deciding to do away with safety measures, but we're starting to consider Going Places (masked, of course) when the weather isn't icky any more, and I've accepted an invitation to a "thank you luncheon" for all the exec assistants at our offices in mid-September so we'll see how that goes. Should I buy chandelier earrings to mark the occasion?
