Well, that's bloody annoying. The back pain has finally eased but the discomfort has now migrated to my left hamstring. I hate the idea of having hamstring cramps even more than I dislike throwing up, and I'll do just about anything to not throw up. So until this migrates somewhere else I'm limping a bit and being really careful and suddenly jerking my leg straight or flexing my foot at the first sign of a possible seizing up. On the other hand, the thumb slice continues to heal, and I got some spiffy finger bandages (and kitchen safety gloves that actually fit my hands) today thanks to Mr. Bezos' Emporium. Too bloody hot today and tomorrow to go anywhere, but once the weather improves on Thursday the plan is to do patronize some local merchants, masked of course because There's Still A Pandemic and I have too many other things wrong with me to risk catching it. Besides which, I just don't like to go out in the hot weather, especially to places like beaches. John Oliver explains why:
So there's that.
