You know, if it hadn't been for last week's jury duty, I would have been in much better shape for two medical appointments two days in a row at 8 AM. One down, one to go. The injected anesthesia worked beautifully, I got a conditional clean bill of colon health, and the worst of it is the marks still left on my arm from that blood pressure cuff. Just one more thing to explain to my primary care doctor tomorrow! My appetite is back to normal, even though my activity level isn't, but man, could I tuck into this:
