Silly Site o' the Day

It's raining again now - hello, April! - but it was lovely earlier today, and I satisfied my minimal wanderlust by convincing Robin to have a picnic in the park. We went to the local gourmet place to pick up some treats and drinks, then up to Ardsley to see the blossoms in VE Macy Park (alas, there were none) before heading back down to Yonkers for our regular grocery shopping. All done between 12:30 (after Liverpool won the FA Cup semi-final against ManCity) and 3, so a good use of time! And being outside for a few minutes, not staring at a TV or computer screen, was very restful. Lots of drivers who didn't appear to know where they were going, though. I suppose it's to be expected on a visiting-family holiday weekend. Didn't see any cool bumper stickers, however.
