Silly Site o' the Day

My energy returned long enough for me to whiz through my workday with no problems, and I didn't even have to stay late (2/28 is a major filing day but the "SOS" team wasn't needed). I made pasta for dinner as it was the easiest on my still-somewhat-frazzled brain; I can't believe how much simpler it is with the right equipment (aka a decent pasta pot-and-insert combo and a cork placemat to use as a trivet on which to rest the pot after cooking)!
