I think the illness is finally in the back seat, as I managed three miles on the exercise bike tonight, and Robin and I have been talking about building upper body strength so my 1-lb and 2-lb weights appear to be next on the agenda. I continue to drop sizes on both top and bottom, so I'm in kind of a holding pattern again in terms of clothes. And I remain hungry enough to eat stuff featured in these weird vintage food ads. Just can't get a handle on this wacky metabolism.
