Silly Site o' the Day

With the COVID spreading once again, we made what I suspect will be my last trip this calendar year to see Mom and go shopping at her local supermarket. What a horror. Almost nobody masked up. I wonder how many of the other shoppers we passed will not be with us, or at least no longer be healthy, by a few months from now. It strengthened my resolve to only go out fully masked to grocery shop and keep medical appointments. I love my friends, I'll wave hello to them remotely. We had our window last month and I think that's going to be it for the foreseeable. Meanwhile, supply chain issues have delayed delivery of Mom's latest shipment of paperbacks. Pretty soon she'll be forced to look in the margins of midieval art books. Or watch TV, which is probably worse...
