Silly Site o' the Day

A fairly quiet catch-up day at work, amazing considering I now have three more people to support, but it was a good thing because our internet and cable and landline all went down around 1:30 this afternoon and stayed down for two and a half hours. We took the opportunity to get rid of all the clothes we've, what's the opposite of outgrown? Shrunk beyond? Anyway, we took them to the clothing drop bin around the corner at the gas station, so that's now done. I was itching to do other analog things like maybe even a clothes shopping trip, but we opted to wait around to see when Optimum came back on. Fortunately nobody seemed to need me for the outage period, and I was able to log off for the evening with no outstanding issues. Best of all, the landlord finally turned the heat on tonight! Thank goodness, it may be getting down into the 40's. A weirdness of a day, but what can you expect given the season? Here, have some amazingly carved pumpkins.
