Silly Site o' the Day

Another good day in terms of body movement (two more trips down to the trash bins, this time with the flat boxes and other detritus, plus the 2x2 miles on the exercise bike) and my knees are feeling it, but nothing too arduous. I may finally be getting the hang of this stuff. And so far both NY baseball teams have won/are winning! Zed's been particularly needy lately, although I should be happy he's not particularly grumpy.
