Silly Site o' the Day

Well, Friday the 13th done fell on a Tuesday this month, but work went fine, if a bit busy. The important thing is that I sketched out all the vacation time I want to take for the rest of this month and August, and all the folks I support (as well as my supervisor and backup) are aware of and fine with it. First experiment is tomorrow, when I log off at 12:30 for lunch and then the day off. And QQ was back, and I'm moving forward tomorrow with more doctor calls, and I feel like some sort of logjam has been cleared and I can now enjoy myself for a bit. Even made overtures towards friends and relatives I haven't seen since before the pandemic. I'm even thinking about traveling more, although pretty much just around NY State. Because places like Japan are just plain weird.
