Well, I've hit the point where it's tough to get on the bike, especially after having taken a day off. But the good thing about setting a 2-mile target (for now) is that it's also a 2-mile limit. I've also begun doing various pelvic floor exercises to strengthen that area, as well as 10 sit-ups a day on the inclined bench to build up the ol' midriff. I may get healthy as a byproduct, who knows. At least it's body movement, which I wasn't doing as much as I should previously to Robin taking over as my coach. I just hope he doesn't go for the manscaping next:
