This morning's grocery shopping wasn't too bad, considering the season. Lots of folks in the store seemed to be employees doing "personal shopper" things for customers, as they've just instituted a new delivery/pickup service that we may take advantage of next time (I estimate that'll be right around Christmas Eve), but we managed to avoid everyone just fine and were home by 7:15 or so. I had one of those hurry-up-and-wait days at work, with the last hour or so being unexpectedly busy, but it left me in great shape for the weekend. This is the first Chanukah in ages where I've been able to light every evening right at sundown, so that's fun, as is this:
