Thanks to copious amounts of ibuprofen, the shoulder has eased and I'm no longer wearing the knee brace (nor did I even attempt to go outside). It was a fairly quiet work day so I spent much of it in "down time" mode, catching up with old videos I'd saved like forever and even the newest one from Randy Rainbow:
Looking somewhat forward to this evening's DemoCon, if only to hear folks speaking normally.
