Silly Site o' the Day

A new work project, combined with whatever's in the air around here triggering allergies, had me completely wiped by the end of the day. And I'd started out with such high hopes that I even got on the bike again for the first time in weeks. Alas, it was probably too early to restart, as my shoulder acted up something awful this evening, and I'm afraid it'll be back to only one pillow plus ibuprofen plus Voltaren again this evening. I can't seem to get the hang of this healthy-lifestyle thing. At least I'm enjoying playing my Niantic game on my phone, which doesn't look at all like Lady Gaga.
