The shoulder area continues to improve, so whatever therapy I'm doing (mostly rest and ibuprofen) seems to be doing the trick. Not out of the woods yet, but I'm hoping to get an early morning walk in tomorrow. Meanwhile, brave people all over the US are trying take our country back from the fascists. Here are a few of them.
