Silly Site o' the Day

Today's adventure involved going to a somewhat local branch of the bank where our money resides so I could (a) check that my debit card chip works okay (it hadn't when we shopped last week, but the magnetic strip was fine) and (b), more importantly, secure enough quarters to do our laundry ourselves for awhile, as the laundromat we've used is no longer doing pickup service. Wow, that was like almost 90 minutes of my life I'll never have back. Everything was done via the drive-through area, everyone distancing by at least 6 feet, and the queue was interminable. Once I got there it only took a few minutes, but at least I found out there's nothing essentially wrong with my card. And we have quarters aplenty now. And I shouldn't need to go back for a good long while as I have little use for cash in these days of debit-card shopping and credit-card ordering and not going out for anything requiring the green stuff. Robin's welcomed me to the 21st century. Other than that adventure, I'm quite content to wait this out, I have plenty of things to do around the apartment. Some folks seem a bit more antsy:
