Silly Site o' the Day

One day short of seventeen years that I've been doing this blog. I believe I'm considerably more tired than I was in 2002, and not just because of the direction this and other countries seem to be headed. As well as I'm treated and as much as I'm appreciated at work, I do feel like I've taken on a bit more than I can handle at this age. Although I'm assured help is on the way (someone new has been hired for my old job that I shouldn't have had to do over this past summer, and one of the other women hired for that position who had left the firm is now back and one of my business unit colleagues so she can share some of the burden), I think I'm just getting a bit too old for this. At least the shoulder area seems to be easing, and of course I have a kitty to come home to, and a husband who makes sure his food and water are always topped up so we don't have to do this:
