Well, not a really bad August, all in all, but now we approach my favorite season so I'm very psyched for September's arrival! Neither of us really felt well today, but as I had to run a department store errand for Mom we decided to get the usual grocery shopping done anyway. The Sears in Yonkers is well and truly gone, but Macy's had what we wanted, Red Lobster had fish 'n' chips so Robin was relatively happy (again, considering we're both a bit under the weather), and all the shopping's done. I couldn't resist telling Mom about these health care horror stories featuring people who are so ignorant of things like basic hygiene and where babies come from that I'm amazed they're able to walk and talk. I would not want to see what percentage of these people voted for #CheetoChrist.
