Fortunately this morning was quiet again, even with three of my partners in, so I got all my work done in time for my ophthalmologist appointment that had been postponed due to the Great Ice Storm of Aught-Eighteen. My doctor said it had taken him five hours to get home, so it was nice reminiscing again about so many New Yorkers all being in the same boat. Oh, and my eyes are great, passed the visual field test with flying colours, got updated prescriptions rewritten since the most recent scrip I found was from 2013 and I want to get new glasses before Sears Optical goes out of business but, you know, we can all see the signs.
