Silly Site o' the Day

I'd have to ask Mom or Steve to verify it, but I don't remember baking at all either in childhood or in my adult life. Today I baked for the first time, thanks to a recipe my brother gave me for no-yeast bagels. Basically it's flour (I used rye), Greek yogurt, baking soda and kosher salt, plus whatever topping you want to put on top (toasted garlic in my case). And they came out surprisingly edible and downright good! Making some more tomorrow. Not anywhere near restaurant quality, of course, so I'd miss getting on these maps (via BoingBoing), but they'll do just fine for me and Robin!
