Another weird day, where I spent the first 90 minutes changing travel arrangements for one of my more problematic partners, then had no time to take my morning pills before I had to go to an overview of a 5-session meditation course I'd like to take starting next month if my schedule allows. But judging by today that's not necessarily a given. Finally got out from under shortly before quitting time, but I really need a meditation soother. How about this?
