Getting on the bike again has paid off, as my glucose level was significantly down from yesterday (I'm checking every morning for awhile trying to notice trends). So I stayed away from bread products today, and now I feel kind of ill, and between needing to use the facilities so much and the weather outside I was very glad for the staycation! Also because I get to spend time with Rob who offers a somewhat NSFM (Not Safe For Mom) article today about men using members to gain membership to a certain website.
