Well, that could have gone better. I've backslid a bit in the last few months and my glucose numbers are going the wrong way. Time to stop grazing in front of the TV and start getting on the bike for real. I did about 5 minutes today (my doctor and I both agree that starting slowly is the best way to get back into it) and am hoping to work my way up to... well, longer than five minutes by the time Robin and I go to England, a place where I'm told one should walk around a lot.
