Ugh, sidelined again. This time it's my left foot. Referred pain is probably from my leg muscles, as they're hurting as well. Probably not the sciatica or I'd feel a lot more pain sitting and lying down. But I actually needed crutches to walk around the apartment this morning, as it hurt to even try putting on the boot. I keep thinking, one good leg cramp and I'm fine again, but that doesn't seem to be happening. Robin's gone off and done the errands, my dry cleaning and as many groceries as he can carry, but that's not the point. I'd just like another day when neither foot hurts. Why aren't there any really bad life tips for living with this?
