Wow, that was not a fun day at work with this foot pain! Actually it seems to have settled around the ankle; near as Robin and I can figure out it's probably a bit of a sprained ankle, which I probably got from walking funny in those too-big pantaloons last week, so I've switched to my ankle brace which I'll keep on tonight and tomorrow. Also have to remember that I have things like ibuprofen. Still, I hope I don't have to move around a lot, particularly on stairs. Elevators are about all I can handle. Wonder if I should try any of these suggestions for elevator travel.
