Turns out the sitting at my desk at work part of the day wasn't bad, but the commute was a real struggle. Ibuprofen is still helping me get through the day. I can't think of anything pithy to say, so I'll just use the Idiomatic (via BoingBoing) and observe that “One man's meat sees every problem as a nail.” So there!
