At long last, the pain in my left foot is easing. I credit the plantar brace and the relaxing day at work (no unnecessary walking, etc. etc.) with the healing. Didn't even mind getting caught in the drizzle this morning. Speaking of combining rain and feet, someone at Simon's Cat's household has muddy paws:
