The torrential rains have washed away all the ice and slush with which my cleats and I had to contend this morning; my foot is doing much better in the slightly warmer weather; my glucose numbers were pretty good even after eating today; Robin's coming home tomorrow!!!; and I've... just hit a wall. I wish my energy weren't so finite. Once I'm back on the bike tomorrow (now that the foot is more or less healed) that should improve, but until then it's DVR and beddy-byes (for the youngsters out there, that's the Baby Boomer version of "Netflix and chill"). Could be worse, could be Stan VHS (via Laughing Squid).
