Silly Site o' the Day

Well, that was less than fun. I had an MRI which took nigh unto forever and involved lots of "take a deep breath and hold it"s, and my lady-parts appointment right after that which took almost no time now that I'm a post-meno crone. Alas, the bus I used to take when I worked on the west side (with a sit-down bus shelter cleared of snow and everything!) took 45 minutes after my arrival to get there, and almost two hours after that to get me home, so I'm pretty exhausted all things considered. I think I need some empowering:
