Well, this was a surprise I actually prepared food this weekend, as opposed to just buying it and eating it the way it comes. It's the crudite life for me, usually. But I bought falafel balls yesterday and forgot to buy hummus, so I tried to make my own this afternoon, and it actually worked, more or less. Would have been smoother had I used a blender instead of a potato masher, but tasty nonetheless. Combined with actually cooking some lime and garlic chicken yesterday, I'm starting to get into the idea of possibly cooking again. Won't go too crazy thought, not at first. Not going to imitate anything on this every-trendy-restaurant-menu-ever (via Laughing Squid).
