Terrific day! The weather was lovely, I got to leave work after four hours for a dental appointment, got a total thumbs-up from my dentist, got home by 2:30 and had a kip, and both NY baseball teams won this evening. More days like this, please? I even had ice cream with dinner, with no deleterious effects to my blood sugar! Let's celebrate:
