Silly Site o' the Day

We did it! We got the car out of its parking spot, over the hill of snow and ice, and out of the long driveway (backing up all the way) to do our grocery shopping and other errands, after which we celebrated with a Valentine's Day Lobsterfest lunch. Getting the car back into its space was somewhat trickier, as the Hyundai doesn't have 4-wheel drive and the front wheels got stuck a few times, but after a few attempts the traction mats Robin bought did their job and we were parked and unpacked well before the snow began again. We celebrated like any decent human with a somewhat chilly apartment should - we turned on the heater in the bedroom and cuddled/slept with each other for a few hours in the late afternoon. Now, as to what decent hamsters should do...



Via Cute Overload. Not touching the car for another week, during which we hope to chip away at the hill of ice and snow behind it so we don't have to go through this again...
