Silly Site o' the Day

Another lovely weekend, in which we got out of the house on both days but I still had plenty of down time to just chill. Although today was still a bit colder than I'd like. My calf finally cramped (at 4:30 AM) and then eased back into place so that the pain in my heel I've had for the last three weeks is gone, so that's good.
