The eye has started to heal, although as soon as it turned dark I grew extremely light-sensitive and went to hide under a blanket. I'm sure I'll be better come the morrow. Best news of all, after the ophthalmologist took his second look at me Robin came to meet me at the doctor's office, with the Gas Buddy news that a station a few blocks down from us had just opened up a half hour earlier, and the queue was minimal. As our license plate ends in an odd number, it was now or never, and after a wait of less than ten minutes we were all gassed up and ready to shop tomorrow to restock our fridge and freezer! This tank should last us quite awhile, since I have no intention of making any substantial trips through the next few months. And once my eye has fully recovered I can finally get back to the important news of the day, like the Lucasfilm/Disney buyout thingie. Speaking of which, The Mary Sue has some Star Wars scenes reinterpreted as medieval art.
