It's from a site called Speed Matters, which is trying to educate the public about the digital divide that exists in most of this country, and for that matter between the US and a number of other countries in the world (which, again, frankly mock us). Just one more thing which would never have happened under a President Gore. My speed seems to be pretty good considering how frequently we're still experiencing Cablevision outages...
