Back to work, and it doesn't seem all that bad yet. I've relegated to tomorrow all the medical follow-ups for my boss' family so I can gradually ease back into the unpaid personal assistant work that raises my blood pressure the most, and concentrate instead on actual office work today, for which I do get paid. Today it's check processing and resumption of Huge Ass Project Phase II (which may well be completed by week's end). I'd also forgotten how stifling my office can be even with the central AC working, and didn't last five minutes before I turned the fan on. All in all I'd probably rather be home writing, but then I said that last week, didn't I?
