Has It Been Three Months, Roxanne?

Rox has a theory that the "where are all the women bloggers" discussion comes up like clockwork on an average of every three months. It must be that time again, as A-list blogger Jane Hamsher tackles the question. I gave up attempting to comment, the thread is up to 290 already and the screen kept freezing. Such is the burden of an A-list blogger!! I particularly like that Jane came at this from the point of view of it not being a matter of A-list women political bloggers not existing, but rather the male establishment (and isn't it sad that such a new technology already has an establishment? but, after all, it's just an outgrowth of the societal breakdown of power that already exists) often not even bothering to acknowledge said existence. I wanted to thank Jane for mentioning me as one of her favorite women bloggers, a real honor, and to remind folks looking to read some great blogs by women to check out those listed on my sidebar as well as my Bloglines subs (click from the sidebar where it says "Where are all the women bloggers who aren't on the blogroll below? Many are here!") which contain two sections of "Where the Women Bloggers Are" with hundreds of female-run blogs listed.
