Via Atrios, the link to the Dixie Chicks' website opens to their new song, Not Ready To Make Nice, complete with lyrics to follow along as the song plays. While I thought it was a good, powerful statement about the crap they've had to take from some of their less tolerant country music base, I also read "feminist empowerment statement" into at least a portion of the lyrics.
