One of the people whose correspondence I've most cherished from my years involved in the comic book industry has been the amazing, talented and very smart Colleen Doran. I'm pleased to say she now has a blog, and has been posting up a storm lately. Today she has some terrific observations on giving money to people to support their hobbies that I naturally adored, and passes along some very important and heartbreaking news about continued sexual harassment by a person in power in a comic organization, likening it to her own experiences in the '80s. An important topic, and a very welcome voice in the blogosphere. Update: Heidi follows up on the harassment story as well.
