I must confess, I'm not feeling very silly at the moment. I come back from two days of vacation to find the building's air conditioning is still not operational (at this point it's been over a week with no air circulation). I used to be told I was being paranoid or arrogant or delusional when I noted that if I don't do something myself it doesn't get done, but I'm starting to wonder.
