Enforced Inactivity

At least the enforced inactivity was productive today! I've caught up with finances and made ready to pay a few bills when we venture to the post office after this heat breaks (I would have mailed them at the office tomorrow, but it's still closed), been through the DVR and streaming shows a bit, watched NY baseball (Mets swept out in San Diego, Yankees not doing very well at the moment), and started packing for the weekend. So grateful that Robin's sorting things out alongside me, we always work better as a team! I just wish I didn't keep running out of breath and energy. Have I mentioned I don't do well in extreme heat, even when partially sealed in an air-conditioned apartment? But it's been raining a bit and the temp has dropped out of the 90s, so I'm hoping to regain some equilibrium starting tomorrow.
