Coming Out the Other Side

And I don't mean bathroom-wise. Robin and I seem to be crawling out from under this lurgy after a week of ick, just in time for our COVID boosters and flu shots this coming Saturday! I made it through an entire Manhattan work day, had my compensation review (very happy with my raise and bonus), wasn't even that exhausted after my commute, even watched most of the Yankees game with those lovely home runs by Judge and Chisholm. No expectation they'll progress beyond their current state, Toronto is just too good at this moment, but I would love to be pleasantly surprised.
