Back at the job, albeit working from home on a shortened week due to Thursday's holiday and my usual summer PTO on Wednesday, and boy did I cram a lot of stuff into today! I looked at the timesheet where I keep a running tab of what I do as it's done, and 100% of my time was spent on work for my partners and managing directors, leaving me zero time for other obligations I've taken on such as editing the next issue of our exec assistant newsletter. I'll figure out a way to get it done, but this client site work has me so frustrated, it's like two steps back for every step forward. I'm able to get into the new site again, but now I can't put through some requests because the request mechanism has moved to a new page as well and the 2.0 version is broken. At least I know it's nothing I'm doing wrong. And at least the rain will be holding off tomorrow as I venture into Manhattan for my one day in the city.
